Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a detailed idea regarding a structured affiliate model for callers who generate external traffic.

Currently, we have a strong weekly performance incentive system based on earnings, which is great for encouraging activity. However, there isn’t a structured incentive specifically for callers who bring in new customers from outside the platform.

I’d like to propose the following structure for consideration:

Standard Model (No Changes)
• All regular customers remain on the current 50/50 split
• Weekly performance bonuses remain unchanged

Affiliate Referral Model
• Each caller would receive a unique referral link or code
• Any customer who signs up using that referral link becomes tagged as that caller’s affiliate referral
• When that referred customer spends directly with the referring caller (calls, tips, paid messages, gallery purchases, etc.), the revenue split would be 70% to the caller / 30% to the platform
• This would apply on a lifetime basis, for as long as that customer remains active on the platform

Important clarification:
This higher split would apply only when the referred customer spends with the caller who referred them. If that same customer spends with another caller, that interaction would remain under the standard 50/50 structure.

The goal of this structure would be:
• To incentivize callers to actively promote the platform externally
• To increase new user acquisition without additional advertising costs
• To reward marketing efforts while maintaining the integrity of the existing system

The current bonus system encourages internal performance. An affiliate structure like this would encourage external growth.

Just sharing the idea in case it’s something worth exploring.

Thank you for the suggestion and well organized proposal. We actually used to have something very similar to this, however the relation/commission between referred client and caller was not exclusive, and eventually it caused issues.

We'll dig into this and see what can be done.

If the previous issues were related to non-exclusive referral tracking, I completely understand how that could create complications.

To clarify my suggestion further, the affiliate structure I proposed would be exclusive in the following way:

• A client who signs up through a caller’s referral link would be tagged as that caller’s referral.
• The higher split (70/30) would apply only when that client spends directly with the referring caller.
• If that same client spends with another caller, that interaction would remain under the standard 50/50 split.
• There would be no shared or cross-commission between callers.

This would avoid overlap or disputes while still rewarding external traffic generation.

Just wanted to clarify in case exclusivity was the main issue previously.

Maybe just have a one time bonus for each customer that joins using a unique link. Once they deposit $100, the PSO received a $50 bonus.

They have tried it before and it didn't work out well. The cost of running the site and the amount to be paid to affiliates is not cost efficient. Everyone is already getting a good rate for taking calls and all of the other sales that one can generate. Something like this would probably lower our percentages.
