Hello Everyone,
Would it be possible to get the chat package section updated where we can edit the call packages to make changes instead of deleting them and making new ones each time? and also would it be possible to have a link for each call package shareable to callers, I'd really appreciate this addition.

This has been added. You can now edit existing chat packages. Also, you no longer need to upload an image for the chat session.

Alot of my guys have wanted a call with 2 sincat girls,so they try to hook it up on a 3 way call but some dont really know how, and then on occasion the call will end up dropping, .sometimes it works. Most times they find it frustrating.

We have added a new access option for PSOs that login using a phone. This is due to the limited bandwidth that most phone plans provide, and how this may cause issues when accessing the website.
When you login you will now see two options (you will only see this if you login from a phone):
Full Website
Phone Website
Select Phone Website and you will gain access to the min. functions:
Call Status (on/off)
Call Packages
Call History
Inbox
We'll add more as we go, but this should help you access those pages, even with a limited data plan.

Is there a way we could explore doing three way calls with two PSO’s on the platform? The forums are awesome and are opening up communication between PSO’s and even other customers. And the conversations on the forums show that a lot of PSO support one another and could be a way to generate traffic on the site.
I’m not sure how that would work, but personally I would be fine paying both PSO’s rate or a special rate that both PSO set. Maybe a way to call both their listings with a single call code from their profile or even a special option on their profiles to connect at once if theyre both available.
I also think it would be neat if two customers could connect with a PSO. If they have a specific fantasy roleplay. This would probably be a bigger challenge.
Just a suggestion.love the new forum feature!

Some other sites have supported three way calls and I have enjoyed them and I fully support this idea for SC. Although I can predict one challenge-- I think in the other sites, the site charges a flat rate per minute for all performers, whereas SC allows each performer to set their own rate. So there would be some math involved in tallying up the bill for a 3way call, once the technical hurdles are cleared. Not impossible I figure but an angle to consider. Plus I know myself I'm often looking at my credit tally and estimating call cost before I place the call, to ensure I have enough credits for the call, and now that math gets more involved for the client too, since there's no flat across the board rate. Like I might be willing to pay for the call at two different rates but I'm working harder to estimate how many credits I need before I start.

This is a great idea, maybe the platform could show a combined ppm rate and estimated cost when selecting 2 PSOs. It could also show "available together now" or allow the PSOs to create preset duo pairings to reduce the back and forth messaging.

I am intrigued by this concept! This has the potential to be a lot of fun. Trying it out is worth a shot. Jordan, the Pervert Helper, makes a significant point about adding a button for those who want to opt in and take part. The two PSOs could have a quick check-in and brief discussion beforehand and be certain they’re synchronized, which would help avoid compatibility issues. By doing so, if any issues should happen, we will notice it before it charges the caller and we begin the phone call. Rather than being on the paid call when something goes wrong. That approach could prevent some headaches and refunds. I’m on board with it being an excellent addition. I have the small box checked on my profile, just like Blondie mentioned regarding the 2-girl call, and a few pervs have asked me about 2-girl calls before. So I'd say that there would be pervs interested for sure.

I have two girl packages that i keep hidden. When a caller is asking about a two girl call and if everyone is available i make the two girl call package appear for them to order once the call is over I have take.that amount divide it in half and asked CS to add it to that girls profile i did the call with is how i work it:)

Ya we did it was complicated tho first we both had to be available, the guy had to message to find out, sometimes she wouldn't see the message till like an hr later, then she would ask me if I was available.. then she would message him back to see if he still wanted to do it..and if so, accept the call, then tell him hold on and call me on 3 way. Then after the call she would ask customer service to deduct half of the call amount and add it to my account .

Yesss and an easier way to do it, more streamlined, would be awesome. Like just press both our buttons like Ryan mentioned. No 3 way calling and checking to see if the other is available, messaging..then having to divvy up the money etc..

IMO...You have no idea IF the 2 PSO's will be compatible. We don't know each other, have no idea how the other does calls. I personally don't want other PSO's to know how I do my calls. They steal and copy enough from others as it is. Not all of them, but every day I find my verbiage copied. I would not participate.

That's where the "option" would come in. We would of course need an option to not do 2 girl calls if so desired. You wouldn't be forced to do it.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a detailed idea regarding a structured affiliate model for callers who generate external traffic.
Currently, we have a strong weekly performance incentive system based on earnings, which is great for encouraging activity. However, there isn’t a structured incentive specifically for callers who bring in new customers from outside the platform.
I’d like to propose the following structure for consideration:
Standard Model (No Changes)
• All regular customers remain on the current 50/50 split
• Weekly performance bonuses remain unchanged
Affiliate Referral Model
• Each caller would receive a unique referral link or code
• Any customer who signs up using that referral link becomes tagged as that caller’s affiliate referral
• When that referred customer spends directly with the referring caller (calls, tips, paid messages, gallery purchases, etc.), the revenue split would be 70% to the caller / 30% to the platform
• This would apply on a lifetime basis, for as long as that customer remains active on the platform
Important clarification:
This higher split would apply only when the referred customer spends with the caller who referred them. If that same customer spends with another caller, that interaction would remain under the standard 50/50 structure.
The goal of this structure would be:
• To incentivize callers to actively promote the platform externally
• To increase new user acquisition without additional advertising costs
• To reward marketing efforts while maintaining the integrity of the existing system
The current bonus system encourages internal performance. An affiliate structure like this would encourage external growth.
Just sharing the idea in case it’s something worth exploring.

Thank you for the suggestion and well organized proposal. We actually used to have something very similar to this, however the relation/commission between referred client and caller was not exclusive, and eventually it caused issues.
We'll dig into this and see what can be done.

If the previous issues were related to non-exclusive referral tracking, I completely understand how that could create complications.
To clarify my suggestion further, the affiliate structure I proposed would be exclusive in the following way:
• A client who signs up through a caller’s referral link would be tagged as that caller’s referral.
• The higher split (70/30) would apply only when that client spends directly with the referring caller.
• If that same client spends with another caller, that interaction would remain under the standard 50/50 split.
• There would be no shared or cross-commission between callers.
This would avoid overlap or disputes while still rewarding external traffic generation.
Just wanted to clarify in case exclusivity was the main issue previously.

Maybe just have a one time bonus for each customer that joins using a unique link. Once they deposit $100, the PSO received a $50 bonus.

They have tried it before and it didn't work out well. The cost of running the site and the amount to be paid to affiliates is not cost efficient. Everyone is already getting a good rate for taking calls and all of the other sales that one can generate. Something like this would probably lower our percentages.

A new section in the PSO dashboard is now available. You will see a button titled, "Call Stats". We added a pink phone icon, so hopefully it will be easy to find.
When you click on that you will see a detailed record of your call history, including: Call Type, Status, Call info (date, duration) and sale amount.
You will also see a 'Makeup Call' button in the Status column. If the call dropped or was disconnected in any way, you can just click that button and our system will AUTOMATICALLY create a free call package for the client, and even send the call package URL to the client. You will not need to copy/paste/send.
Plus, once the free call package is used, it will be automatically deleted.
This was implemented on our platform at 6:00 PM EST, 2.14.2026. Happy V-Day BTW.

wowww that is awesome, it makes it so easy now! NO excuses to not send makeup call. and it automatically deletes after use so does that mean it wont last only 2 hrs anymore?

Yes, the free call package created from your Call Stats section will remain until it is used, or you manually delete it.
However if you manually create a free call package from your 'Call Packages' section, it will remain even after the caller uses it. So you may want to avoid using that section for make up calls anymore, as it really isn't needed.

Anything the site can do to make it easier to either (1) recover from a dropped call or (2) not drop calls in the first place, is much appreciated by all I am sure. Tbh when I get frustrated and take a break from SinCats it is more often due to frustration with the platform than with the PSOs. Nothing worse than being in the middle of the act and losing connection, except maybe not being able to recover it. I can't speak for any other clients but I know personally that the call dropping has cost the platform and sadly the PSOs a fair amount of money... Maybe my expenditures here would be fifty to one hundred percent higher were I not being dropped so often. Note I don't mean to trivialize tech issues (I myself work in tech) or be negative, rather I'm pointing out the financial incentive to improve site reliability and performance.

If you go to 'manage media', you can upload directly to the site to store photos and videos, then click on 'embed', copy and paste into the 'source' section of your html profile.

We made a few changes to our web server today to prevent any connection issues, and we are currently monitoring this. When a call drops there are a few things that could be causing it: System issue (our side), carrier issue (our side), or Client/PSO phone. We are working on more streamlined approach to recovering from a dropped call. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are making a couple small changes to the video library storage section. It will be available again soon. No changes are being made to the current existing stored content, we are simply adding some limitations on storage size per account. The limits we apply should be more than sufficient for everyone. We'll have an update soon.

Suggestion: Adding a Voice Chatline Feature
Hi, I’d love to suggest something that could potentially increase both caller engagement and talker earnings.
What if SinCats introduced a voice-based chatline feature alongside the current platform?
The idea would be a dedicated phone number that callers can dial without necessarily needing to fully sign up on the website. When they call in, they would hear automated instructions such as:
• Press 1 to create/save a greeting
• Press 2 to listen to available talker greetings
• Press 3 to send a voice message
• Press 4 to request a live connection
Talkers would also have the option to:
• Record and update their greeting
• Stay connected to the chatline system
• Receive notification tones when a caller sends a message or connection request
• Accept, decline, block, or respond with a voice message
Callers could:
• Listen to greetings before committing
• Send paid voice messages
• Request live paid connections (charged per minute)
• Continue voice message exchanges if they don’t want to connect immediately
This system would create multiple earning streams:
• Per-minute live connections
• Paid voice message replies
• Greeting exposure leading to higher connection rates
It could especially benefit:
• Talkers who aren’t receiving consistent direct calls
• Callers who prefer a more anonymous or spontaneous experience
• Users who want to sample voices before committing
I believe this could increase overall engagement, time spent on platform, and revenue for both SinCats and its talkers.
Just a thought based on industry experience I think it could be a great expansion feature.

They already get enough free things on the site. Voice samples, teases, taboo verbiage, low ball pricing and not to mention the free things PSO give out that we can't see. We want them to join and add funds and spend, not waste their time on more free items.

This is a valid idea, and one that has been used to various degrees of success for a while. In fact we have built similar platforms with this type of functionality. The problem we experienced when operating this way is mostly due to security, cost of carrier fees vs ROI and limitations with 3rd party devices (client's phones). But it is a good idea if these issues can be resolved. We are always looking for ways to increase the fun, so we'll continue to consider how we can make this type of thing work.
