How does a PSO send an audio/video file

I've asked a couple of PSOs to record something for a tip. But several of them just don't know how to attach something to a Sincats email. What do I tell them to do? I assume they have a lot more controls in email than I do.

It's very easy 😊 When they reply to your email, at the bottom the pso will see there is a number they have to call to record a voicemail. The number is 1-855-924-5066 extension # 3426. Then there is a button that says "attach voicemail" orrr make a separate Gmail for audios only. I use that option but ONLY get paid through sincats by tips. Super easy and I hope that helps 😊 if I could attach a screenshot I would.

At the bottom of a message if they are sending one, there is a button that says "choose file" they click on that and look in their files where it is, click on it and it attaches. If they still dont understand, maybe they can upload it to their store. They can delete it after you purchase it or not.
